  This is probably the worst McDonald's I've been to in recent years. Last Wednesday it took us, a party of 4, almost 15 minutes just to get coffee. The parking lot was packed and that's a problem when it's clearly Welland drivers that either aren't licensed, trained or just aware they live in a society...will not be giving this location another chance.
  Fonthill far exceeds this location!

  Weekday morning staff are very friendly. Nice cozy little McDonald's. Parking lot is not easy to navigate when the drive thru line is long

  Friendly service with a smile. Ordered a Combo with a digital coupon but they only rang through the Burger. When I discovered the error, they gave me the upgrade for no charge. Very nice.

  When I come in the service is acceptable. Drive thru here at times seems disorganised. The food is 'good' McDonald's foid. :)

  This McDonald's has been upgraded to look more modern. It has a fairly seating area as well as 4 screens to use for the self-purchasing options.
  
  When the store gets busy it tends to slow down significantly. The location is relatively close to a high school so the 12-1 period around lunch is generally VERY busy!
